This project is Aubrey's chest of drawers. The dresser is 4' tall and 3' wide. The 4 drawers are deep and good sized. The project was completed using 3/4" oak vaneer ply with solid oak trim. I utilized different trimming techniques with my router and solid oak pieces. The finish is golden oak with 4 coats of polyurathane. The finish is shiny and beautiful. The dresser was expensive to build because it possesses a lot of solid oak. I pay around $6 per linear foot for the solid oak 1" by 12". This dresser will probably make it to our future grandchild's room someday passed down as family heirlooms. This project was extremely fun and our daughter Aubrey loves the dresser.
